There is no way Phylogica is worth $2 billion, or could be in any reasonable time frame. That's just fantasy. Yes, if everything goes right and a couple of positive black swans land in just the right places, it's _just conceivable_ that it might that kind of size nine or ten years down the track. But that's like winning the lottery, not terribly likely.
If Phylogica can bring in two more deals this half-year, with big enough up front payments to make it clear - and not just plausible - that no capital raising will be needed for another year, then a market cap of $50 million (around 10c/share) would seem plausible. If we manage that, then we can see what happens next year.
