Your comment seems to lack of common sense.
As long as Baotou is not insolvent, and China's export of Ce & La export will not be any reduced. becauce Baotou's reserve of Ce & La will be enough to supply the world for at least more than 100 years.
would Baotou may be insolvent? Baotou is the most important state-owned enterprise in China, although Baotou once had a long history of losses, but there has a strong subsidy by national financial assistance, even if RE price again fell to $10 or less, still can not be insolvent, could Lynas might be able to survive?
therefore, better to not make such a ridiculous assumption.
