Furthermore, even if institutions do decide to "invest", what exactly does that say about the institutions themselves which are supposed to safeguard their investors capital.

Voluntary Administration ..no chance. They have little or no debt .
Insto type capital raising ..in the absence of a turnaround in the basic metrics like new customers, revenues etc.... a 2% chance
" white Knight" investor who looks to capitalise on the IP - such as it is- and the way low price with the intention of trimming overheads and a focus on what sells in what markets.. 50% chance before XMAS
