Wont go into details but, you have partially contributed to that, and others on here.
No to mention, I have had to use quite a lot of my un-coolness on our Builder
Hindsight, as I have only ever built once before, subied it, and pretty much build half of that myself in my 20's,....I should have done the same this time around. But because this one is way more involved, due to design etc, I chickened out. But it turns out, the builder just's throws it all over to an Engineer and they pretty much tell them how to and work out all the construction details, materials etc. The amount of time I have had to get in there to try and get and keep things on track, I might as well done. I should have well and truly transferred my machinery shed over there by now, but because of all the ????, I haven't had a chance.
