You might want to keep in mind that RMP is run out of Hav,ock cove, as is RRS (As is 7 other company's) Including two "consulting company's" that make money from raising capital.
You can bet the pumping / ramping started when the insides knew about the C/R as they sold to get their mates rates shares.
