    Your last line is the most important one ! Where will the patents reside that OBJ holds ?
    Is this a convoluted effort to extract the IP from shareholders to be sold at a later stage by another entity for real $ ...? I see the OBJ IP as the most valuable asset in this schomozzel .

    From where I'm standing ...this deal sucks big time !
