Have a look at the timing of the voting for the issue of these options to directors, and then look at what decisions the directors would make afterwards to benefit the big holders of the stock. You scratch my back and...... Acquisition of the balance of Desert in exchange for a whole lot of stock again.
Surpised it wasn't figured out earlier by all who follow this 'bow wow'. None of the major shareholders would have voted against the directors oppies if they thought the board would recommend giving them stock for Desert. Or is it Dessert? they really are a lot of fun these little doggies aren't they!
