I think people are worrying too much about the future of REE. At first why China should flood the market with its "surplus" REE (if there is any) to bring down the basket price? I can't see any rational of it? Secondly, just over the weekend, a senior chinese government official has expressed his great concern about the shortage of REE in the coming years for China's own use. He quoted China's own reserve of this precious metal can only last for another 15 years or so. Last but not least, Warrant Buffett had just made his new investment idea to buy shares of China's Rear Earth Co. All these facts point to a positive trend of REE in general. Surely LYC is very well positioned to ride this wave.
