i read that the tender requires a bidder to spell out the regulations it needs to be put in place by the government should it win the project.
telstra will surely ask for a regulation that by-passes accc and allows it to have a decent return on its investment.
if telstra does ask for such a regulation, do you think the government will do it?
i do think that it is easier for the government to enact such a regulation than a regulation that forces telstra to let g9 use its lines. what do you think?
