Not with the way the real world (ie. Not using speedtest.com results) appear to be coming in.
As mentioned in another thread having been running Chrome data saver for a full month I'm at 18℅ savings (over 4.5Gb) - albeit on mostly text usage, and not a huge amount of YouTube (was at 22℅ a few days ago but have watched a bit of YT recently)
Wangle seems to be running at 3-5℅, and actually has increased file size in YouTube in one members post.

I was equally surprised that the stock didn't sink to 1-2c, but obviously enough buyers willing to give management the benefit of the doubt.
It's a nicely integrated package but WGL need to launch overseas presence for geo-masking to get downloads from the VPN features, as the data save features appear to be only moderate.
But it's certainly not a game-changing or disruptive product as others here have pushed.
