Dopey this situation has come about because the pie was only half baked at inception.

At some point --maybe this one- the real work has to be done .

Nothing is new remember when west Germany intergrated east Germany the truck convoys ran for days replacing the old currency.

I well remember the sceptics at the top of their voices proclaiming "this will never work".
