I take it that if they do not exercise that 'option', AM does not need to report anything. But if they do, AM must report it promptly.
In the latter case AM should get his fat fee, but which on completion would leave the company without income, yet has these almight debts.
Never heard of such absurdity before. Surely there is more to this, but we will be the last to know.
