You make a good point regarding efficency and risk by having a "sugar daddy" by ones side. But it depends on the regulations set out by the government and what carrot is dangled infront.
Rorting and scamming isn't a grass roots industry , the GST hasnt stopped the cash mkt.
What has already happened may be the cheapest way to raise capital and my also have been the cheapest loss to incurr.
Time will tell.
