If the offer gets rejected, how painful could SFR make life for TLM?

    Hi All,

I've been watching this for ages, not currently holding, and wanted to say congrats to all holders, was flirting with coming in, but missed the boat.

But if there is a chance to re-enter (I just saw the second extension of suspension), I would consider trying to get back in.

I wanted to know if an agreement can't be met, who holds all of the cards?

I am assuming SFR could make life pretty painful in the short to medium term, but TLM have more potential upside the more the resources are proven up.

Time is obviously a factor, not necessarily a luxury at TLM, expenses / costs are again another way pressure could be applied.

Just trying to establish if I have missed the boat completely (obviously not knowing the details of any discussions), or whether there is a potential for a re-entry on a dip should the opportunity arise - after the spike from re-listing (I am guessing north of 45c?).

Also, cognisant of the downwards pressure that's been applied the last 18 month, assuming this could be sustained for some time if things get toxic.

Cheers, and once again, well done.
