    Looks like they have a genuine case with delaying the rights issue. Maybe there is more to it. Would only be speculation as to there being another reason behind it. Time will tell.

    Which of the substantial share holders has a blocking sell at .105? Based on the number of shares there, how could it not be a substantial holder with a motive? But who and why??
