    Apparently someone on Twitter mentioning TPM is sizing up AYS.

    If it's true and the price is not totally crazy, the shorts are dead as TPM will be a $9 stock.

    They can remove all duplication e.g. board, HQ, Manila staff etc

    Increase buying power and spread Amaysim customers across their fixed costs.
