    Agreed HorseTrader1, but i should point out what could be considered "opportunistic and does not represent the full value of the company" was said about Vocus too and it was considered low ball and they rolled over when the price was in free-fall at an offer. Personally i think there is a lot more red blood to flow with AYS before a 'white knight' takes it at a 'premium'.
