Lack of disclosure by company is never a reason to sell...if you look at the history of small to mid cap companies, buying when things are quiet has yielded massive returns...thats because the stock market is a zero sum game...when the mugs sell (from nervousness, from failure to consider their own risk aversion, from lack of experience), the pros buy....
