If the TO falls over

Hi all, looking for a bit of assistance here. If the TO does not go ahead as per the current plan since I accepted the offer and it currently shows my holding at zero what happens with the shares do they just reappear in my holdings again or is there a process we need to go through.

Hoping this TO is all finalized by months end, becoming extremely frustrating.
