    they dont issue please explains on the way down, only up. It's fine for insiders to dump stock with prior knowledge, but not to get IN and make a profit. It wouldn't matter if the stock fell to 3 cents, wont be any questions asked, just a mad scramble to get out. That's life on the ASX casino. You know it makes sense.
