I believe you're right. Up 10% today on very low volume, plus someones just dropped a 100k wall at 15.5.
Buyers also not stepping up - so EOFY selling not quite over yet.
What is good to see is that there is interest building at these levels and once there is some significant news will see this atleast over 20c, not a matter of if but a matter of when IMO.
Buying is quite safe at these levels - I myself topped up at 12, but only a small buy to average down.
