Can say the same about the mood of shareholders too...
Either way, us little guys and the employees will be the last to know what is actually going on.
I still rate CNP though as a long term buy.
I'm pretty sure I remember GR saying originally if it were up to them they wouldn't be selling anything. And why would you if they are producing good income, business as usual. Redevelop and sell when the time is right. Keep occupancy high, and the rental income will increase in line with inflation. Majority of shopping centres are non-discretionary, so these will fare better in economic downturns.
I believe they are making as much progress as possible, ie are being pro-active and doing as the banks requesting at this stage. They are trying to fix themselves at the moment.
