if there were to be a to bid

Firstly great quarterly out today.

Just wanted to get some of your views and opinions on the below.

With regards the current capping and speculation on here about a potential TO bid I am hoping the capping is going to be a complete waste of time.

if a bid of 30 to 40% above the 30 day moving average SP were to come in next week I would hope that

1) BCI would not recommend it as they know the true value (potential)of the company
2) Other major shareholders not involved in the TO bid also know the potential value of the company and would not vote for it
3) Any independant report conducted by an expert would be significantly above the bid value

So what is the point in capping the Share price? Is it simply to keep BCI off the radar?
