    Pretty easy, Mrnuddles - The market capitalisation is just the share price multiplied by the number of shares on issue.

    So a market cap of (say) $1b should be divided by the number of shares on issue (Currently 2.46b, but that will increase) to give a sp of $1b/2.46b = $0.46 = 46 cents per share.
