If things are looking up why is the share price going down?

With the share price holding steady for the past 6 months around the 1c mark it seems that in the last 20 days the price has gone from 1.3c to 0.8c. This is about a 0.5c loss or about 38% fall.

In the last 2 months the following announcements seems to have had an effect on the share price.

- 1. Mr Adams joining the board as a non executive director - This seemed to have an immediate effect on the share price with shares trading at 1.4c
- 2. Announcement of CR - At this point the share price was around 1.2c. Although it was said to be oversubscribed the shares were sold at a 20% discount to the stock price at the time. The next trading session after this share price dropped back to 1c.

Since then people are posting about all of the new things that ESH are doing and how that is going to improve the state of the company however the price seems to be moving in the opposite direction.

- While income has been a big problem the news management has indicated they will be using the CR money to speed up monetisation.
- An investor presentation was released early December
- A Strategic partnership with Mineski was announced

However the share price is now at 0.8c and for the last few days atleast it seems that sellers are selling down into 0,8 rather than buyers buying up in the opposite direction.

So the question is .. if things are so great and looking up .. then why the share price going in the opposite direction?
