    Probably should say I hold a decent chunk of Ionic and recently took up more on the basis that they appear to have developed the path to market, low cost, volume printing.

    Of course you are right, it will take deep pockets to commercialise, and that generally requires a major with a specific application.

    That could well be 48V Mild Hybrid, running constant charge/discharge behind a high efficiency ICE, not dragging half a tonne of torch batteries wherever it goes, or plugged into coal generators.

    The upside here is the practicality of such a platform might just make emission targets next decade feasible, and those exponential growth curves for NdPr into EV doable.

    Managed breakfast last Saturday with the most experienced & respected individual up & downstream RE, either side of the bamboo curtain, and was pleased to find we shared a number of thoughts contrary to popular wisdom, and the potential 48V Mild Hybrid one.

    BTW, he's bullish Ce, and can substantiate it.
