Well... one of the reasons you can't understand it (and by the way, neither can Carnegie/Fievez) is that CCE have never wanted to explain to shareholders why they've never been able to develop a commercially function wave generator (3 underwater tensioned pulleys ... really...). Have you ever seen a technical specification or LCEO etc...

Most long term CCE shareholders can't understand why it isn't viable technology, which then makes you wonder what their investment strategy is: 'hmmm... I might find the best new-tech with the best story and picture boards, that I simply do not understand and hope they change the world.'
