It is 'so unloved' because any time they release positive news it has been subsequently sold off. Very few would be game to 'invest' on the basis of this. Look at the chart. Plenty of so called positive announcements and the SP is down from the 50-60cent level to 39c. I wouldn't buy until they secure income producing contracts as it's going nowhere in the meantime. Won't be surprised to see a CR in the near future. Not down- ramping, just a realist.
