it wasn't me who overheard the brokers in Sydney (george street i think) saying >40, but did hear LOTS of positive talk here in perth... it was someone else who heard the brokers on the footpath around christmas...
will research who said it and revert (as they say in the ship broking world)...
in melbourne at the moment and really upset that i missed the first rain in 50 days at home in perth!!
We will have the mother of all parties in perth in the next 6 - 16 months haha!
