I might depending on the capex, the opex and the size.
I have seen many resource projects that idiots thought could not be done go ahead with amazing results.
The ERGO project in South Africa back in the 70 s cost $1 billion to develop to treat gold tailings going around 0.5 gms and I think it paid back in 12 months. Those same tailings are now being retreated again.
AR3 are indicating there are very large reserves and $40 dirt might be ok if they can come up with a flow sheet that works.
Funding, regardless of the capex, should not be a problem if they can deliver a size operation that can threaten the Chinese monopoly.
One thing is certain and that is the AR3 management team are going to have to start talking about how they plan to economically recover the rare earths sooner rather than later.
