dossa - yes, 438 million shares on issue today.
however, assuming any sort of success you also need to factor in the 2 cent options - 161.4 million
and a few other random option series, including the zero strike price options approved today.
therefore, a bit over 600 million shares effectively today.
+ whatever needs to be issued from here to fund trials etc.
this will consequently end up with well over 1 billion shares on issue.
