management care about the shareholders and wanted the best for mpo they would not put up a fight but let some one else have a go at running MPO
IF this gets voted down and those major shareholders loose
they may starting to sell there shares well guys that could put he share price back down to 70 cents or even lower who knows,
As you know I sold out but will buy back in if we get new management,
