    Trouble is, TON do have 100%ownership of grafex. IMO

    Ton will have further dilution with the credit funding they received from LSI. IMO

    Ton is not at the same development stage as SYR. IMO

    Ton has no MOU in place. IMO

    Ton has no signed off takes . IMO

    And finally Ton has a market cap that is over 600 million LESS the SYR. IMO

    So all you have left is a dream at this stage and a quick look at the share price and the charts will comfirm that . IMO
