Brad needs to accept that there are some things he cant do. Its long overdue for bringing new blood into the company. We need experienced people with knowledge of graphite markets, metalurgy, business strategy ..etc.
If you wanna build an empire, you need to act like an emperor. And an emperor needs advisors.
Or just sell the whole damn thing.
