Why is DLS holding out on exercising their option to puchace Beach's shares in GOG?
- Does DLS believe that they can get that quantity of shares on the market for better than 50c?
- Do DLS believe Beach will blink first and accept a lower offer?
- Is DLS having trouble raising they capital?
- Does DLS simply believe that Beach have no option to wait until DLS are ready to pay up (ie why pay money now when they can pay? in a cuple of month's time)
