I think it said in the blog that you can apply for extra shares above your entitlement, probably on the same form.
So, say you are entitled to 1,000 shares at 0.30. You can write in "1,000" in the appropriate space, and then in another space, you can write in however many you want to buy, like "50,000" or whatever. However, you will only be alloted as many as become available. I would assume that leftover shares will be divided up according to some proportional formula if there are requests for more than there are available.
So in other words, you might end up with all 50,000, none, or anywhere in between depending upon how many are still available. Perhaps they even have a "first come, first served" policy on this? I'm not sure. But you may possibly have to send funds for the extra amount that you want to purchase at the time of application.
