In fact left entitlement pro-proponents would be better off voting Palmer IMO.
Why? Because it becomes WA entitlements versus east entitlements etc.. like Tassie entitlement requesters and ACT(who mostly left as rely on redistribution)
So right could vote for Palmer because Coalition are to left and left in WA vote Palmer because via GST he defacto supports more distribution to WA based on his fairness principles regarding GST splits.
Interesting to see if WA leaves Australia eventually. If they do they many thing they will need is a defence capability,
