Highly doubt they can spill the board, after the 249D request there hasn't been any new buying to try and top up their voting rights.
The partial dump from the 3c shares was taken up.
I'd say as we get closer to an EGM, there'll be upwards pressure on the price to get their positions set before any vote, especially after the market has absorbed the minor selling pressure.
This week will probably be the last week anyone sees any shares in the 5s.. IMO
