    Smacko - It sounds very typical of most of the wellfare cases I have known too. Most of them just want money so they can live the way they want to live, not the way they can afford to live. If you give them any offer that will help them greatly but will require a few months work, they tell you to get rooted or just refuse to listen. It's disgusting IMHO how much food/money/time some of these supposedly helpless people waste while complaining about how hard done my they are. I know many people who simply refuse to work because if they did they would lose the dole that they are entitled to. One is happy to live in tents in parks etc because he doesn't feel any job is good enough for him, and he refuses to live by the rules of anywhere he can afford to live(The rules are usually simple things, like cleaning up after yourself or repairing things that he damages).
