It’s a great question as it has been shown that people can be best helped in their own nations...
Set a limit on what each office can hand out & if any of the locals rip it off too much then the other locals would probably smash them for us- when they are here they think it is a bottomless pit that our taxes come from.
Ask a pensioner, ( who paid taxes here all their life ), getting less help than the newly arrived people- ask a homeless child, ( around 15,000 at least here in Oz ), ask the war veteran who now lives like an animal after offering their life for all of us.
I’m sure they can tell you that pit isn’t bottomless.
