Couple of things here...
1. Frank Poullas is not the CEO. David Taylor is CEO and Hoshi Daruwalla is Managing Director of US operations.
2. The "IT company" is Strong Solutions. Essentially, instead of paying Frank Poullas a salary of $450K, je has a salary of around 120K and then 250K odd paid to strong solutions. This essentially means strong solutions claim these fees as revenue and apay tax at corporate tax rate rather than Frank paying Tax at top marginal tax rates on an individual basis
