they can agree to (previously discussed clause in the contract) "investing another 10-15 millions till some date in the future"...2012... in order to earn 51% interest in those areas that THEY were testing (SEEP) but then they have to purchase remainder of Roseby which was tested by URL...
So it follows...if they (xstrata) are alluding to more testing it only seems natural that they WILL be taking the option from a contract (spending another 15 mill...) and the "buyout" question is now about "WHEN" and not about IF. but i guess we'll know that on or before 30.06.07.
i just hope that "buyout" can not be delayed till 2012, by which time they would've invested 10-15 mill's in URL.
