Good to hear from you again. You seem to get around.

At the moment I'm not trading at all - just holding a large parcel of CST and watching and waiting. Occasionally, do a quick warrant trade but as you know, to successfully trade derivatives, your mind has to be 100% on it.

My "day job" is a little hectic atm so I don't have the time to do trading justice. I try to keep some skills honed by keeping a very tight watch on Cellestis. I now know more about TB diagnosis than anybody in their right mind would want to !

My RE person in QLD tells me that Brissy RE is doing well atm so I'm making a bit of unexpected (unrealised) CG there. The area we are invested in (Ipswitchy sort of!) is apparently suffering a rental shortage atm so our rents are creeping up also.
