Going to be picky here,, but a lot of these are wrong.

eg


"In 2012, December has 5 Saturdays, 5 Sundays and 5 Mondays. This apparently happens once every 823 years!"

What about 2018? 2029? in fact eveery december that Monday falls on the 31st. An average 1 in 7.

"Strawberries are the only fruits whose seeds grow on the outside."

Some would question that the strawberry is actually the fruit?? Assuming it is... So is the Pineapple (which has its seeds on the outside)
