From postings here and elsewhere there are clearly a good deal of distrust in the directors of this company.
In particular the one and only director residing in Australian, Mr Peter James Dykes is not a front runner in the popularity poll.
With this in mind can any shareholder feel confident, when they are requested to forward their AGM proxy voting form direct to Nexbis' Sydney office ?!?!
No not to an independent share registry, which is the usual way with most companies, but direct to Nexbis in Sydney ?
Will shareholders ever know if their 'opposing votes' have been counted or did they get 'lost in the mail' or 'found the way to the shredder' ?? (Check the recycle bins at 100 Miller Street, Nth. Syd. <:(
Voting at the AGM will most likely be by show of hands (one card representing one vote irrespective of the size of the shareholding). That is unless the Chairman or a group of shareholders (likely to require min 5% of shares on issue) call for a poll.
In the case of a poll – will there be an independent body checking the shareholdings in the register and perform the counting ???
