Thats great ,unless in the mean time the heads drop below 5.5c by the time it takes you to convert you could be going backwards , sitting on a loss.
Lets face if you could buy the options convert them straight away then the whole price would be identical to the heads but because there is a lag and the market must believe the price will go down hence the greater difference.
Now if the market believes the price will be on the upside they would be trading at a premium not a discount.
