    Yes, there had to be an advantage to accepting .. and that is mainly it. I have a large holding & it is certainly worth my while sitting tight for another 6 months & saving 50% on the tax

    PLUS ... The combined GUJ/INR company will be a little ripper! Far more liquid, with high quality coking coal in a ballooning market

    GUJ has looked after me well, I have feeling it will will continue to do so to all holders over the next 12 months
