For the vote count, if it comes to that, the NO vote only needs to be 25% of the votes cast. So if only holders who own a total of 1 million votes all together vote, then only 250,000 of those votes need to be against for the proposal to be rejected.
I have registered 44 million no votes from 85 holders so far, so that means for the proposal to pass at least 85 holders with 132 million votes must vote yes to win.
Of course, that assumes that everybody who put themselves down as a no vote actually goes through with it.
Oh, also, if you don't vote that counts as abstained. Neither yes nor no. That means it doesn't count in either the 75% or the 25%.
