I have registered 44 million no votes from 85 holders so far, so that means for the proposal to pass at least 85 holders with 132 million votes must vote yes to win.

Of course, that assumes that everybody who put themselves down as a no vote actually goes through with it.

Oh, also, if you don't vote that counts as abstained. Neither yes nor no. That means it doesn't count in either the 75% or the 25%.

Yes if you are a retail shareholder and you don't vote, your count will become abstained. But abstained is kind of support to the yes side as the no side is losing some "no" vote and in %.
