Circus?? Circus???
Oh you are so right and the thing that annoys me is that i visit U.S. frequently and while it is always a circus, i have always expected them to extract the visitors departure card out of my passport so that they can marry it with my arrival card section. It has never been a problem before.
What irks me is that after making enquiries by email with Homeland Circus, they told me in no uncertain manner that it was my fault..... talk about covering their backsides!!
Inefficient toads!

If they would only stop and sometimes think what the rest of the world thinks about them, they might just start growing another brain.
